Hey, I’m Megan Raye.

My passion for art started the moment I could pick up a crayon and scribble on the paper in front of me. I still have my late grandmothers coffee cup from when I was 5 years old, depicting a lovely scribble drawing and labeling me as the Artist. Throughout school it was the only subject I found comfort in. Graduating from Northern Michigan University with an Associates in Fine Arts, I discovered my love for Oil painting. For the past decade I’ve practiced in oils, acrylics and even dabbled in watercolor.
My work is inspired by the love we have by our furry family members. I love giving families an art piece of their pets and bringing them joy in some of the hardest moments. My style is ever developing as I have a thirst for knowledge, and I’m always trying to learn new ways to achieve a realistic but painterly approach.
Currently I’m working out of De Pere, WI. I absolutely love not being far from anything Outdoors. It inspires some of my other nature related work and allows my hobbies such as ; camping, hiking, kayaking, and more.
